Pahari Haat is approved by all concerned departments of Government of Uttarakhand, and authorized to draw, package and sell the Purest Gangajal (holy water of pious river Bhagirathi) from Gangotri valley. Pahari Haat is DGFT approved exporter as well.
The purest form of Gangajal, the holy water from the Ganges River, is generally considered to be that which is collected from the Gaumukh glacier, the source of the river originating in the name of Bhagirathi. Getting Gangajal from Gaumukh is a huge task. as its a tough trek of 18Km from Gangotri.

Gangajal is filtered only to remove impurities like dust, sand, and carbon particles, and no chemical is added to keep it’s sacredness intact.
