This product is neither refundable nor returnable in any condition.
By placing a online order to purchase, we assume that you have gone through our Refund policy and have read all terms & conditions carefully.
PLEASE MAKE A SHORT VIDEO OF THE PACKAGING, ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE PARCEL, AND SHARE WITH US IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE.
Orders once dispatched can’t be cancelled.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Seals of the bottles should not be tampered and / or broken. Bottles should not have been tampered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {cc[at]gangajal[dot]online} and send your item to our plant location address (mentioned in contact page)
Shipping exchange returns
To return your product, you should ship your product to our plant location address (mentioned in contact page).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, track your shipment with your shipment agency for delivery update.
