Once you place your order on our website, we start processing it on next working day.
Processing your order takes 1-2 working days.
Direct supply from our Plant ensures that you get the most genuine and purest Gangajal for your religious and auspicious needs.
After dispatch time taken for delivery is 07 to 15 working days (in exceptional cases delivery might get delayed due to unforeseen transport issues).
Shipping is not made on National holidays, and / or Uttarakhand regional holidays.
Orders once dispatched can’t be cancelled.
Preparing and Shipping orders may be delayed during monsoon (July & August), as the river water gets muddy.
PLEASE MAKE A SHORT VIDEO OF THE PACKAGING, ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE PARCEL, AND SHARE WITH US IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE.
